SANTOPRENE 8211-45 is a colorable polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Shows good physical properties and is soft, neutral, non-hygroscopic resin. Exhibits chemical resistance. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and shear-dependent. Suitable for processing by injection and multi-injection molding. Used in sealing applications, automotive applications like grips, HVAC flapper door seals, interior mat, weather seals, consumer applications like electronics, floor care, kitchen tools, soft-touch grips, cell phones, seals and gaskets. Recommended for applications requiring excellent ozone- and flex fatigue resistance. SANTOPRENE 8211-45 complies with RoHS and UL94 HB flame rating.
