VECTRA E130I BK205P BLACK is an inherently flame retardant, halogen-free, high performance, highly crystalline LCP grade reinforced with 30% glass. Exhibits high temperature capability, easiest flow, very low heat of fusion (short cycle times possible), very high tensile strength & tensile modulus, very low coefficient of thermal expansion (comparable with that of steel & ceramics) and very good resistance to chemicals & oxidation. It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for very thin-wall applications including broad range of SMT applications, with minimal dimensional change. Possible applications of VECTRA E130I BK205P BLACK include aerospace, defense, automotive, transportation, buildings, construction, consumer goods, electricals, electronics, energy, fluid handling and industrial markets.
