密封胶，是以液态聚硫橡胶作为主剂，加入补强剂、增韧剂、增粘剂、触变剂和其他添加剂配置加工成基膏;以金属氧化物等配置成硫化膏，两组分混合后可固化为弹性密封材料。

密封胶为具有与混凝土具有自粘接性能的、以液态聚硫橡胶为基料的常温硫化双组分建筑B类一等品聚硫密封胶，具有嵌缝止水能力。

聚硫密封胶另一种为双组份。A组份为桶装白色膏状，B组份为瓶装液体固化剂，(为方便施工方对颜料要求，颜色单独盒装，一合一组)。使用时将B组份液体全部挤入A组份桶内，按施工颜色要求放入颜料，迅速上下搅拌至均匀。用小铲将混合好的密封胶抹入待施工的部位。48小时后即可浸水和水接触。

注意事项:1、B组份液体要全部投入A组份中，否则影响固化时间和胶性。该密封胶配制均匀后应尽快用完(适用期2小时)避免膏体固化(固化后不能再施工)造成浪费。

2、施工界面安装要干净和干燥否则影响密封胶的粘结力。
