ULTEM 1010 is an amorphous, ultra-performance, inherent flame retardant polyetherimide. Suitable for desktop fused deposition modelling (FDM) or fused filament fabrication (FFF) technology 3D printing applications. Exhibits outstanding strength, low smoke evolution, exceptional dimensional stability and good chemical resistance. It performs in continuous use up to 170°C. Offers superior tensile strength and excellent thermal resistance for an FDM thermoplastic. Recommended temperature for a heated bed is >120°C. PEI ULTEM 1010 complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
