4.3.2. 污水管理

4.3.2.1 The applicable national and local legal requirements for wastewater treatment, including limit values with 

regard to pH, temperature, TOC, BOD, COD, colour removal, residues of (chemical) pollutants and discharge 

routes, shall be fulfilled. 

4.3.2.1. 经过处理的污水应达到相应国家和当地法规的污水处理要求——包括关于 pH 值、温度、TOC、BOD、COD、脱色、（化学）污染残留物的限量值以及排放路径的规定。

4.3.2.2 Certified Entity shall follow GOTS criteria or the local legal requirements, whichever is more stringent.

4.3.2.2. 被认证实体应遵循GOTS准则或当地法律要求，两者以较严格的为准。

4.3.2.3 Wastewater from all wet processing units shall be treated in an appropriate internal or external Effluent 

Treatment Plant (ETP) before being discharged into the environment. ETP shall be effective, operational, and 

maintained all the time. 

4.3.2.3. 所有湿加工单元的废水在向外界环境排放之前，应经过一个有效运转的内部或外部废水处理厂（ETP）的处理。ETP所有时候均应有效正常运转、维持运作。

4.3.2.4 Wastewater analyses shall be performed and documented periodically at normal operating capacity. 

4.3.2.4. 在正常运行能力下，应定期做废水分析并进行记录。

4.3.2.5 A Certified Entity shall provide training for the operation and maintenance of ETP to the responsible staff.

4.3.2.5. 被认证实体应向负责人员提供ETP操作和运营维护方面的培训。

4.3.2.6 Wastewater discharges to the environment shall not exceed 20 g COD/kg of processed textile (output). For 

scouring greasy wool, an exceptional limit of 45 g COD/kg applies.

4.3.2.6. 向外界环境排放的废水，平均每公斤加工的纺织品（产出）的 COD 值不得超过 20 克。关于含脂羊毛的洗涤，对于洗涤含脂羊毛操作，允许平均每公斤纺织品产出的 COD 值不超过 45 克。

4.3.2.7 Treatment of wastewater from water retting of bast fibres shall achieve a reduction of COD (or TOC) of at 

least 95% for hemp fibres and 75% for all other bast fibres.

4.3.2.7. 大 MA 纤维水沤产生的废水经过处理后，其 COD（或 TOC）值应至少降低 95%，其它各种韧皮纤维应至少降低 75%。

4.3.2.8 Where legal limits for pH and temperature are not defined for wastewater discharges to surface waters, the 

discharge shall have a pH between 6 and 9 (unless the pH of the receiving water is outside this range) and a 

temperature of less than 35 °C (unless the temperature of the receiving water is above this value).

4.3.2.8. 如果污水的 pH 值和温度无规定的法定限量值，则排入地表水的污水的 pH 值应在 6 至 9 之间（除非受纳水体的 pH 值超出了该范围），温度应低于 35 C°（除非受纳水体的温度高于该温度）。
