ECP认证辅导更新时需披露PRTR数据再获批准

If supplier is unable to complete the whole process within assigned period (i.e. 3 months after 

ECP approval), supportive reason should be provided for the delay.

如果供应商没能在规定时间内完成整个 PRTR 披露程序（比如在 ECP 获批后 3 个月内），

需要提供造成延期的合理理由。

- If the mill only submits the partially completed PRTR for ECP application or without follow up 

actions with IPE, that will cause the interruption of PRTR disclosure process. Supplier won’t be 

allowed to have ECP renewal after 12 months for M&S production.

如果工厂在申请 ECP 时仅提交了部分完成的 PRTR 或者缺少和 IPE 的跟进行动，将造成

PRTR 披露流程的中断。供应商将不被准予 12 个月后的 ECP 更新。

- The following ECP renewals can only be approved by the PROPOSER at the time with the last 

year’s PRTR disclosed on IPE.

接下来的 ECP 更新中，只有在上个年度的 PRTR 在 IPE 网站上已经完成披露的情况下才可

以获得提议人的批准。
