顺义WL-105自走式物流苗床制作标准

     为了实现对温室中的盆栽植物进行运输，盆栽植物被放置在铝合金苗床内。苗床由两个铝合金侧板、两个铝合金隔板、底部横撑以及一个底盘组成。苗床的底部有四组滚轮，苗床可以在导轨上移动。苗床底部为聚苯乙烯潮汐灌溉底盘，大承载能力约为60kg/m2。

     单体苗床：可选用热镀锌苗床和潮汐苗床两种。一般根据客户需求和种植环境采用潮汐面板居多。潮汐苗床由潮汐苗盘（ABS材质：采用抗紫外线耐老化和抗化学性的高抗冲击性聚苯乙烯材料而成）苗床框架由边框、横撑、滑轮等等组成。潮汐式物流苗床系统简称苗床物流系统，它主要由单体苗床、苗床导轨、苗床纵向转移滑道组成。

     物流苗床，也叫自动化物流式移动苗床、全自动物流苗床系统。它的基本配置有单体苗床、苗床导轨、苗床纵向转移滑道三部分组成。
